How It Works

This calculator determines the amount of chlorine needed for your pool based on its volume. First, it calculates the pool volume using the length, width, and average depth measurements in meters.

The recommended chlorine dosage varies by type:

• Liquid Chlorine (10-12% Sodium Hypochlorite): ~10 ml per 1,000 liters
• Granular Chlorine (65% Calcium Hypochlorite): ~15 grams per 1,000 liters
• Chlorine Tablets (90% Trichlor): ~7 grams per 1,000 liters
