Transform your lifestyle in Isaan

Shakey's Thailand Adventure in Kalasin

This Kalasin pool project was created with one clear intention: to support a slower, more relaxed way of living. The homeowners wanted a private swimming pool that felt calm, functional, and easy to enjoy every day: a space designed for comfort rather than excess.

Set within a quiet residential setting, the pool was planned as an extension of the home’s living space. Its layout encourages simple routines like a swim in the morning, time outdoors during the day, and peaceful evenings by the water. The surrounding finishes and proportions were chosen to keep the space timeless and low-maintenance, allowing the focus to remain on enjoying the lifestyle it offers.

More than just a place to cool off, the pool has become part of daily life, supporting wellbeing, relaxation, and time spent together. In Kalasin, where life naturally moves at a gentler pace, this project reflects how thoughtful design can turn an ordinary backyard into a place of everyday retreat.

This pool now serves as the heart of the home’s outdoor living, offering privacy, calm, and the simple pleasure of water, all within the comfort of home.

Shakey's Thailand Adventure

Elevated lifestyle in Khon Kaen

Located in the well-established Pimanchon 2 community in Khon Kaen, this project was about reimagining how outdoor space could be used as part of everyday life. The design was centred around swimming pool that felt natural, practical, and inviting and not just a feature, but the centre of the home’s lifestyle.

The pool was designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding living areas, creating a smooth flow between indoors and outdoors. It became a place for morning swims, relaxed afternoons, and evenings spent unwinding at home, without the need to leave the property.

Every element was considered with long-term enjoyment in mind, from durability and ease of maintenance to how the space would be used day after day. The result is a swimming pool that enhances daily routines and encourages more time outdoors in Khon Kaen’s warm climate.

Today, the Pimanchon 2 pool is more than an addition to the home. It is a space that brings people together, supports a healthier lifestyle, and turns ordinary days into something slower, calmer, and more enjoyable, right in the comfort of home.

Closer to nature in Buriram

Set among open rice fields in Buriram, this family home was already surrounded by nature. What the homeowners wanted was a way to bring that landscape into their daily life, creating an outdoor space that felt comfortable, usable, and enjoyable throughout the year.

The family loves spending time outdoors for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the calm that rural living offers. Our role was to design and construct a landscaped outdoor environment that enhanced that lifestyle while providing structure, privacy, and ease of use within their own property.

Through thoughtful landscaping, planting, and outdoor layout, the space was transformed into a natural extension of the home. Shaded areas, soft greenery, and open views allow the family to enjoy the surrounding fields while still feeling grounded and at ease within their garden.

Today, the outdoor area is where mornings begin, evenings slow down, and everyday life connects more closely with nature. This project reflects our belief that landscaping is not just about appearance it’s about improving how people live, creating spaces that encourage time outdoors, balance, and a deeper connection to the environment.

In Buriram, this home now offers the best of both worlds: tropical outdoor living and the comfort of being at home.

The pool lifestyle in Kranuan

The homeowners journey in Kranuan began with a unique challenge. Their land was a narrow former rice paddy, which required careful planning from the very beginning. Due to the limited access and width of the site, the swimming pool needed to be built before the house itself.

The pool was more than an addition to the home. Having previously lived in the United States, the homeowner wanted to bring the pool lifestyle he loved back with him to Thailand. The goal was to create a space where family life could slow down, where afternoons were spent outdoors, and where the pool became a natural part of everyday living.

Today, that vision has become reality. Set within a quiet village, the pool now forms the heart of the home a place where the homeowners, and their family relax, gather, and enjoy time together. What was once a rice field is now a space defined by comfort, connection, and simple pleasures.

This project reflects our belief that a well-designed pool is not just an amenity, but a lifestyle anchor, capable of transforming how a home is lived in even in the most unexpected locations.

Project Features

  • 3m x 8m multi-level depth pool
  • Massage jets
  • Seating area
  • Skimmer-system

A pool for water therapy

The Mercy International “Share the Vision” Swimming Pool Project is a story about people coming together to create something meaningful not for profit, but for purpose.

Founded in 1985, Mercy International has long been dedicated to supporting disadvantaged children through care, education, and opportunity. When the idea of a swimming pool was introduced, it was never about adding a facility for appearance or recreation alone. It was about improving daily life, wellbeing, and confidence for the children who call Mercy International home.

This project was delivered as a non-profit initiative, driven by shared values and community support. To help bring the vision to life, we organised a fundraiser in Khon Kaen, uniting local supporters, families, and partners who believed in the long-term impact this space could have. The response reflected a simple truth: when a project is rooted in care and intention, people step forward.

For the children at Mercy International, the swimming pool offers:

  • A space for water therapy, supporting physical, emotional, and intellectual development

  • A place to learn swimming and water safety, building confidence and essential life skills

  • A source of joy and freedom, encouraging healthy activity, play, and positive memories

The pool was thoughtfully designed to be safe, durable, and easy to maintain, allowing Mercy International to focus on what truly matters; the children. But the real success of this project isn’t found in materials or systems. It’s found in moments of laughter, confidence gained, and the simple happiness of children enjoying the water together.

The “Share the Vision” project reflects what can be achieved when design, community, and compassion align. We are proud to have contributed to a space that supports healing, growth, and everyday joy and to have played a small part in a much larger mission of care and hope.
